Helen T. Bollent, (nee: Kolessar), 95, of Roselle Park, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2015.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Church of the Assumption in Roselle Park at 10am. Interment will follow to St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation is 4 to 8pm on Thursday.
Born in Bayonne, NJ, Helen lived in Roselle Park for 87 years.
She was a secretary for Roselle Park Board of Education at Aldene Elementary School for 27 years, retiring 25 years ago.
Helen was a member of the Rosary Alter Society at Church of the Assumption, Casano Senior Citizens Center, and Casano Community Center all of Roselle Park.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Andrew Bollent.
Surviving is a loving daughter Nancy A. Caliendo and her husband Anthony, and two cherished grandchildren Lisa Dickerson and her husband Brian and Anthony Caliendo, Jr. and his wife Nicole.
