Jane J McHale, (nee: Johanson), 84, a lifelong Kenilworth, NJ resident, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in the Overlook Medical Center.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Theresa Church, Kenilworth, NJ at 10am. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ.
Visitation is 4 to 8pm on Monday.
She was a Secretary for the Community United Methodist Church, Kenilworth, NJ for many years, retiring in 1994.
Jane was a member of St. Theresa Church’s Altar Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Senior Citizen’s Club, Kenilworth, the Kenilworth Historical Society, the Kenilworth Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and the Harding School Board of Education, Kenilworth.
She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 56 years Thomas J. McHale.
Surviving are two loving sons, Thomas J McHale, Jr. (Christine) and James M McHale, (Elise), one loving daughter, Patricia A Hutchinson, (Matthew), four cherished grandchildren, Justin, Kacie, Dylan and Daniel, an adored sister, Dorothy Plummer and her husband Fred, a dear sister-in-law, Ann Logan and many nieces, nephews and friends.
