Obituary for Michael D. Tripodi
Michael D. Tripodi, 72, a lifelong Kenilworth resident, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, September 30, 2019.
A memorial gathering will be on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park from 1 to 4pm.
He was a sheet metal worker for the Sheet Metal Union Local #25 in Carlstadt, NJ for 50 years, retiring 13 years ago.
Michael was an avid fisherman and golfer.
He lived life to the fullest, especially with his family and always made someone laugh.
Michael will be remembered by all.
He is predeceased by his beloved parents, Dominic “Bip” and Mary (nee: Chory) Tripodi, and a dear brother, Paul Tripodi.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years; Barbara J. (nee: Pawlikowski) Tripodi, a loving daughter; Jessica Borowik and her husband Joseph; two cherished grandchildren; Christopher and Carly, and three dear sisters; Ceclia Quinn, Tina Ciravolo, and Regina Hyrnkiewicz. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and friends.
