Obituary for Anna Pellino (Romano)
Anna Pellino, (nee: Romano), 93, of Garwood, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, February 4, 2021.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 9:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth at 10:30am. Entombment will follow to Hollywood Cemetery in Union.
Visitation will be on Monday 4 to 7pm.
DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ONLY 30 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT A TIME. FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES OVER THE NOSE AND MOUTH ALONG SOCIAL DISTANCING. CONTACT TRACING IS ALSO MANDATORY.
Born in Summonte, Avellino, Italy, Anna came to the United States in 1970 and settled to Garwood, NJ.
She was a laborer for Diamond Communication in Garwood for 25 years, retiring in 1992.
Anna is predeceased by her beloved husband Michele Pellino.
Surviving are six loving children, Antonio Pellino, Teresa Iuliano, Pasqualina Pellino, Carmine Pellino, Angelo Pellino, and Michael Pellino, dear brother, Michele Romano, dear sister, Rita Romano, 17 adored grandchildren and 13 cherished great-grandchildren.
