Obituary for Antoinette J Gregson

Antoinette J. Gregson (nee) (Mossucco), (Ann, Grandma Annie)

Ann passed away December 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Ann was born in Nutley, NJ on August 8, 1930 to Louis and Venera Mossucco.

She is predeceased by her daughter Anita Italiano, first husband Vincent Colasanto and her second husband Walter Gregson, also predeceased are her brothers Frank Mossucco, Vincent Mossucco, Louis Mossucco, sisters Louise Tavares, Bridget La Manna, Mary Ciardi, Santa Maiorelli. Survived by her brother in law Pat Ciardi, John Maiorelli Sr. and sister in law Patty Mossucco. She is also survived by her son Arthur Colasanto and his wife Marie, son in law Phil Italiano, grandsons Vincent and Arthur Jr and his wife Jill. Two great granddaughters Gianna and Gabriella Colasanto. Brother Marc and wife Janine Colasanto, Angie Colasanto and nieces Sophia and Anna Maria Colasanto. Step son Gary Gregson and family from California.

Ann had a long and wonderful life, with love for her family and friends, she also had a beautiful smile for everyone, her contagious laugh lit up a room before she even walked in. Before she retired, she worked for Mandee Shops in Union, NJ. She then moved to live near her son in Brick, NJ. Ann was like the Energizer Bunny, she kept on going with her inner strength and faith in god. She was an inspiration to the entire family and will be missed forever. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. “In loving memory to our grandparents Louis and Venera Mossucco.

Visitation will be on Monday from 4-7pm at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park. Funeral mass will be on Tuesday at 10am at Church of the Assumption, Roselle Park, with burial to follow at St Gertrudes Cemetery, Colonia. All visitors must wear a mask when attending services at the funeral home.
