Obituary for Armando Matarredona
Armando Matarredona, 94, of Cranford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2020.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Church of the Assumption in Roselle Park at 10am. Interment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.
Visitation is Sunday 4 to 7pm and is limited to 50 people or less due to the COVIE 19 Pandemic.
Born in Camaguey, Cuba Armando came to the United States in 1967 and settled to Roselle Park, NJ, before moving to Cranford in 2001.
He was a foreman for Spray Drying in Garwood for 23 years and worked for the Township of Cranford for 2 years.
Armando is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Evangelina (Gonzalez) Matarredona, four loving children, Miguel Matarredona, Lourdes Labbate and her husband Gino, Isabel Guarino and her husband Maurizio, and Jorge Matarredona and his wife Anna Maria, and five adored grandchildren, Joseph Labbate, John Matarredona, Kristen Labbate, Katelyn Labbate, and Michael Matarredona.
