Carmine G. Merlucci Sr. 77, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020 in his home in Kenilworth, NJ where he had lived for the past 42 years. Born on July 12, 1942 in Newark NJ, Carmine was son of the late James and Julia Merlucci. He was a dedicated employee of Kings Food Market for 30 years. Carmine was a kind man who liked to make people laugh. He loved his family and especially enjoyed vacationing with them and spending time with his grandchildren and supporting them at their activities and events.

Carmine is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Merlucci; children, Michael Merlucci, Elizabeth Merlucci and Fiancé John Neider, Angela Nelson and husband Ray, Carmine Merlucci Jr and wife Carla; grandchildren, Jessica Crouse, Justin Crouse, Raymond Nelson, Nicole Nelson, Matthew Merlucci, Emily Merlucci, Amanda Merlucci; Sister, Mary Amorelli; Brother, Thomas Merlucci and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
