Connie Vitale, 91, of Roselle Park, passed away at her home on October 31, 2021. Born in Elizabeth, she had lived in Roselle for 60 years before moving to Roselle Park less than 1 year ago.

She worked as a purchasing agent for United Counties Trust Company, Clark for 30 years before retiring in 1992.

She was a member of the Senior Citizens of Linden & Clark; player & assistant coach for the Union County Womens Slow Pitch League on teams, Kenilworth Liquorettes & Steve's Clarkstown Exxon; Union County Ladies Bowling League & was a communicant of St Joseph the Carpenter Church, Roselle.

Connie is predeceased by her step daughter, Carol Vitale and is survived by her husband of 65 years, John J Vitale Jr; son, John J III & wife Debra; daughters, Donna Ott & husband Frederick & Susan Szewczuk & husband Myron; 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 6-8 at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park. Funeral mass will be on Thursday at 10am at St Joseph the Carpenter, Roselle, with burial to follow at Rosedale Cemetery Linden.
