Obituary for Edward J Brown
Edward “Skeeter” James Brown, 76, of Millstone, N.J. , peacefully passed away on June 29, 2020. He was born on May 6, 1944 in East Orange, NJ to Grace Virginia Brown (Snyder) and Edward George Brown. He was a 1962 graduate of Rahway High School where he enjoyed a wonderful group of classmates who proved to be lifelong friends. The most precious of his classmates was Barbara Marie Diou, to whom he was happily married for 31 years.
By many accounts, Ed was a genius with all things mechanical. He owned and operated a tool & die company, EBCO Tool, for most of his adult life. Fishing was his passion and he enjoyed nothing more than a sunny day on his boat at the New Jersey shore.
Ed is survived by his children, Edward Charles, Kelly Ann Bradshaw (James), Marie Elizabeth Fodor (Glenn) and six grandchildren Eden, Will, Julia, Nathan, Abby and Eddie. He is also survived by his partner, Jessica Nacovsky and her sons, Antonio and Joe. He is predeceased by his wife, Barbara Marie Diou Brown; partner, Janet Henderson; parents, Edward and Grace Brown; sister, Betty Stever and brother, Robert Brown.
