Grace M Gorski, 87, of Kenilworth, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at her home on February 12, 2024 after a valiant struggle with Alzheimer's.
She was born to Mary & Albert Dreisbach on February 29, 1936. She lived most of her life between Fairlawn & Kenilworth, graduating from Fairlawn High School in 1953 and was a member of St Theresa RC Church, Kenilworth.
Grace was predeceased by her parents, Mary & Albert and is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joseph; daughter, Karen; sons, Joe & John; brothers, Dale & George; brother in law, Rev. John Gorski; grandchildren, Candace, Priscilla, Michelle, Brandon, Liz & Jacqueline & great grandchildren, Derek, Liam & Nicole.
Joe & Grace met at Pt Pleasant Beach & were married on June 23, 1960. She worked for the Department of Defense as a contract specialist at Picatinny Arsenal.
Memorial gathering will be held on February 24, 2024 at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park from 1-3pm. Cremation was private.
