Obituary for Joseph R DeMarco
Joseph R DeMarco, 69, of Roselle Park, passed away at JFK Medical Center, on February 22, 2022. Born in Staten Island, Joseph lived in Elizabeth, Linden & Union before moving to Roselle Park 9 years ago.
He worked as a purchasing agent for Cleantex for 17 years before his retirement. He graduated from St Marys of the Assumption Class of 1971 and was a member of the Monsignor Joseph Loreti Council of the Knights of Columbus 3240, parishoner of Church of the Assumption, Roselle Park; past Grand Knights Council 4504; member of the Fourth Degree Assembly; past faithful Navigator JFK Assembly 666; former district deputy; former federation president & member of the Divine Mercy Cycling Club.
He is survived by his daughter Nicole DeMarco, 3 sisters Delores Randazzo, Anita Tanner, and the late Joyce Fleming, 3 brothers Philip DeMarco, Michael DeMarco and Christopher DeMarco and is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Frances (Jordan) DeMarco.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-8pm at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park.
Masks are required in the funeral home at all times.
Funeral mass will be on Wednesday at Church of the Assumption, Roselle Park, at 10am. Cremation will be private.
