Obituary for June O. Peterson (Evans)
June Peterson passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023, in Parker at Landing Lane Nursing Home. This is where she spent the last few years of her life and was cared for exceptionally well.
A graveside service will be on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, 11am at Graceland Memorial Park, 1900 Galloping Hill Road, Kenilworth, NJ, 07033.
June Peterson lived a long life and is survived by various family members. Mother to William and recently passed daughter, Pamela. Grandmother to Nicole and Billy, along with Chester, Heather, and Kyle. Great grandmother to Norman, Evelyn, Wesley, and Emerson.
She will be remembered for her great sense of humor and wit. She will also be remembered for her faith and devotion as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She spent many years teaching people about the beautiful hope for the future that is contained in the Bible. June also loved animals especially her favorite dog Buster.
June is survived by many friends, nieces, and nephews.
