Obituary for Linda M Marino (Bartholdi)

Linda Marie Marino. (nee: Bartholdi), 72, lifelong Roselle Park, NJ resident, passed away on Tuesday November 10, 2020 after resulting severe medical complications following contracting COVID-19.

Linda was the devoted wife and soulmate of Michael R. Marino. They will forever be
each other’s eternal loves for always. She was the beloved mother to her two children
whom were her pride and joys and loved more than life itself.

Linda was an amazing and loyal friend. She had an abundance of friends statewide
and of all ages. She cherished and lived for the love of her friends and family beyond
measure.

She was the life of every party and any gathering and get together always. Her beauty,
high spirited energy and infectious personality lit up rooms. She was the true epitome of
style, grace, class, elegance and sassiness all wrapped up in one.
She took the highest level of pride in her appearance and was always dressed to
impress at all times. She would never leave the house without her coiffed hair, fully
made up and without her lipstick and earrings.

Linda loved working at Marino’s Fine Foods. She especially loved meeting new people,
socializing with the new and her old longtime loyal customers. She had a special knack
for building amazing rapport with customers. She built many beautiful long standing
relationships while at work. She treated and valued customers like second family and
people loved and respected her for that.

She loved chatting with her friends, cooking, singing, listening to music, decorating,
shopping, horses, and the ocean and spending quality time with friends and family.
In her spare time, she loved to entertain and if you were fortunate enough, you could
catch her in a one of her many cameo appearances doing what she loved most and
that was hands down singing. She worked the room, microphone in hand, belting out
the best R&B gems and all of her favorite classic disco singing Karaoke loud and proud
like no other.

Linda, because you gave us all so much to remember, you will never be forgotten.

Linda is survived by her loving and beloved husband and soul mate of 51 years Michael R. Marino. Linda’s memories will forever be cherished and sacred to her
adoring daughter, Jacqueline Marino. Her savior and peacemaker “I didn’t get a
Son-in-law, I got another son” Bryan Rizzi and her predeceased devoted son and
sunshine, Michael Brandon Marino.
