Serratelli (Erin) of Newnan, Georgia; Gina Marie Neumann (Nick) of Martinsville, NJ; Sister of Louise Burke of Toms River, NJ; Grandmother of Eric Gerstner (Nancy) of Clark, NJ Tara Oliveira (James)
of Clark, NJ; Toni-Marie Partridge (Bryan) of Peachtree City, Georgia, Jamie Serratelli of Atlanta, Georgia
Denise Serratelli-DeShon (Justin) of Powder Springs, Georgia, Leah Serratelli of Newnan, Georgia
Nicholas J. Neumann, Matthew Neumann, and Michael Neumann of Martinsville, NJ; Great Grandmother of
Jake Gerstner, Vivienne Gerstner, Jessica Oliveira, Jennifer Oliveira, Dylan Partridge, Jason Partridge, and Drew DeShon. Additionally, she leaves numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, Dominic Celestino and Mary (Puglia) Celestino, her brother, Dominic Celestino Jr., and her sisters, Mickey Pallitta, Marge Vranas, Teresa (Dolly) Granato, and Rose Zollner.
Mary was the founder of the Roselle Park Girls Bowling League and an active member of the Mom’s Club. She led and participated in dozens of philanthropic activities for the Roselle Park Youth Baseball League, including Coaching Girls Championship Softball teams.
In addition to being a reallife Angel, Mary was an avid Bowler for many, many years in Women’s Bowling Leagues in Union County. Her kindness, natural beauty, and friendly smile were well known by all.
Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Mary and her husband moved to Roselle Park, NJ in 1961, residing there for over 20 years. She lived in Cranford, from the early 1980s until 2004 when she moved to her present home in Warren.
The funeral service will be private. A celebration of Mary’s life for family and friends will be announced. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Shrine of St Joseph, 1050 Long Hill Rd, Stirling, NJ 07980, in Mary's name.
