Obituary for Peter Crincoli Jr.

Peter Crincoli, Jr., a resident of Linden, NJ, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022. Peter was born and raised in the City of Elizabeth.

He pursued his passion for carpentry and construction from a young age. He was a carpenter, general contractor and homebuilder, and most recently aided in the construction of the new Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport. Peter was a dedicated member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America Local 254 for 34 years.

Peter had many talents and interests. He was an apiarist and member of the New Jersey Beekeepers Association (Essex County Beekeepers Society). He maintained hives in Linden and in the Poconos. He produced honey and honey-based soaps and creams under his own label, Crink’s Bee Farm, as a hobby, and participated in local farmers markets. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his grandchildren, teaching them outdoor skills and about nature, beekeeping, and preserving the environment.

Peter’s two daughters and five grandchildren were his greatest pride. He enjoyed family camping trips, storytelling, and sharing anecdotes of wisdom and his life’s journey and perspectives. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was taken too soon at the age of 53 and will be dearly missed.

Peter is survived by his devoted partner of 35 years, Donna Crincoli; his loving daughters, and sons-in-law: Nicole Crincoli (Bruno Esteves), and Andrea Bell (Michael Bell). He was cherished by his grandchildren Sergio, Gabriel, Leila, Georgia, and Cecelia; his father Peter, Sr.; his sisters Angela Harrington (John) and Mary Crincoli, and brothers Marco (Reneé), Marcello (Eliza), and Daniele (Suzanne). He is predeceased by his mother, Teresa D’Errico, and is survived by his uncles and aunts, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation and services will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, April 28, at Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park, NJ.
