Regina Guarino, (nee: Matteis), 88, of Monroe Twsp., passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 4, 2020.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 9:15am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth at 10:30am. Entombment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.
Visitation will be 2 to 6pm on Sunday.
Born in Formia Latina, Italy, Regina came to the United States in 1966 to Roselle Park, NJ, then living in Kenilworth, NJ, Roselle, NJ, before Monroe Twsp. in 2006.
She was a machine operator for Gibson Associates for 20 years, retiring 26 years ago.
Regina loved and cared for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband; Francesco Guarino.
Regina is survived by seven loving children; Tommaso Guarino and his wife Serafina, Ralph Guarino, Maria Guarino, Maurizio Guarino and his wife Isabella, Giovanni Guarino and his wife Robin, Nello Guarino, and Eligia Imbriaco and her husband Patrick, seven adored grandchildren; Francesco, Marcella, Tommaso, Anna, Marco, Natalie, and Johnny, five great-children; Arianna, Liviana, Sienna, Luca, and Olimpia, and a dear sister Anna Matteis.
