Obituary for Theresa Stecki
Theresa Stecki, 91, of Roselle Park, loving aunt and friend to many, passed away peacefully with family by her side on January 27th.
She was predeceased by her first husband Joseph Colicelio, second husband Ted Stecki, four sisters, and one brother. She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Andy Placca, Angelo Stallone, Charles Stallone Jr., Joseph Yarussi, Louise Danbury, Barbara Figura, Carol Perry, and Cynthia Szymanski; as well as her 19 great nieces and nephews and 11 great-great nieces and nephews.
Theresa worked for many years as a legal secretary for Seymore Issacman and Alvin Levine in Elizabeth. After retiring, she went on to work at Stillwell-Hansen in Roselle Park. She enjoyed spending time at her local YMCA, traveling, and most of all, being surrounded by her friends and family. Her caring and loving ways will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held at Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave Roselle Park, 4-7 pm on Tuesday, February 1st. A Funeral Mass will be held at Church of the Assumption, Roselle Park, at 10 am on Wednesday, February 2nd.
Masks are mandatory inside the funeral home over the nose and mouth.
