Obituary for William "Bill" Lomonaco
William “Bill” Lomonaco, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
Visitation will be on Monday, January 2,2023 in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park from 4 to 8pm with a service at 4:15pm.
Bill graduated from Hillside High School in 1977, where he met his future wife of 42 years, Donna Lomonaco (nee: Schick). They had two loving children, Kristen and Francis “Frank” Lomonaco.
He worked for the NJDOT for 25 years before retiring in 2014, where he held various positions retiring as an electrician. Bill enjoyed watching his children grow up and watching them play many sports. He also served on the Kenilworth Fire Department since 1994.
He is predeceased in death by his parents, Salvatore and JoEllen Lomonaco and his sister Nancy Munoz.
He leaves behind his wife of 42 years, Donna, his children Kristen and Francis “Frank” (Sabrina), grandson Holden Shaw, his sister-in-law, Terri Peterson (William), brothers-in-law, Robert Schick (Patti) and Michael Schick (Allison), his “adopted daughter” Aarti Rishi, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
