Obituary for Rosaria "Rosebud" Caparruva (Caruso)

Rosaria “Rosebud” Caparruva, (nee: Caruso), 88, of Cranford, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Elizabeth at 10am. Interment will follow to St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm on Wednesday.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Rosebud moved to Cranford in 2000.
She was a teacher’s aide for the Elizabeth Board of Education at School 12 in Elizabeth for many years, retiring in 2006, prior to that she worked for the City of Elizabeth Vial Statistics.
Rosebud was a member of the Altar Guild and St. Anne’s Society of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Elizabeth.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Carlo Caparruva, Jr.
Surviving are two loving sons Ronald Caparruva and his wife Jane and Robert F. Caparruva, Sr. and his wife Arlene; five cherished grandchildren Carlo, Traci, Tricia, Robert, Jr., and Melissa; three adored great-grandchildren Angelina, Carlo, and Rosalie; two dear sisters Dolores Pantaleo and Marie Kaczmarek and a dear brother Frank Caruso.
