Next Door Neighbors and Travel Companions
Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Stella and Joe Scurek were excellent next door neighbors and travelling companions to my parents Kitty and Pat Ford who lived at 124 North Michigan Avenue. My 92 year old father still tells stories of Stella doing last minute duty free shopping in the airport, enjoying the jeep she always wanted, and loving her family and Kenilworth. We grew up next door watching dear Karen and Ronnie who were teenagers when we were young, and enjoyed seeing Bozo in the yard.
