Obituary for Kathleen Clay (Alfieri)
Kathleen Clay, (nee: Alfieri), 66, of Cranford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 17, 2016.
Arrangements were held by the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park.
Born in Newark, NJ, Kathleen was raised in Kenilworth before moving to Cranford 43 years ago.
She was a teacher at Orange Avenue School in Cranford for 29 years, retiring 2014.
Kathleen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Newark State Teacher’s College (Kean University).
Surviving is her beloved husband of 43 years Donald A. Clay; two loving sons Donald A. Clay, Jr. and Geoffrey Clay and his wife Yi; and a dear brother Gerald Alfieri.
