Obituary for Martha A. Beischer (Francis)
Martha A. Beischer, (nee: Francis), 87, of Sterling, PA, formerly of Whitehouse, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday June 6, 2016.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visitation on Monday, June 13, 2016 from 4 to 8pm with a funeral service at 6pm in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, NJ. Interment will be held at a later date in the family cemetery in Pennsylvania.
Born in Taylor, PA, Martha lived in Newark, NJ, Warren, NJ, and Whitehouse, NJ for 25 years, before Sterling, PA in 1995.
She was the owner and operator of Martha’s Cleaners in Pluckamin, NJ for many years.
Martha was a member and president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the East Whitehouse Fire Department, and volunteer at the Sterling Library. She loved her pets and enjoyed playing golf.
Martha is predeceased by her loving parents John M. and Anna (Sedor) Francis; beloved husband Richard Beischer; caring daughter Noreen Bohannon; and three dear sisters Florence R. Dante, Patricia Francis, and Rosemarie Francis.
Surviving are two caring sons Richard Beischer, II and Andrew Okolovitch; four adored grandchildren Richard Beischer, III, Matthew Beischer, Loreen Bohannon, and David Bohannon; two cherished great-grandchildren; three dear sisters AnnaMae Orzolek, Norma Juzwiak, and Arlene Dugard; two dear brothers Jack and Michael Francis; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
