I worked with Joe doing the CEP hearings in Bergen for many years. I came to think of Joe as a friend and colleague. We had a special connection because I had also worked with Ritchie when he was in Essex County years ago. Please accept my condolences on his passing. He will be missed and I will always think fondly of him. He always was a man of integrity and compassion.
