Obituary for Susan Chamberlin (Damato)
Susan Chamberlin, (nee: Damato), 94, of Brick, NJ formerly of Union, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 22, 2016.
Visitation will be 4 to 7pm on Monday in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park. All are to gather for a Funeral Service at Faith United Church of Christ, 1340 Burnet Ave., Union, NJ, on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 10am. Interment will follow to St. Stephen’s Cemetery in Millburn.
A lifelong resident of Union, NJ, Susan retired to Brick, NJ.
She was a Nursery School Teacher at First Congregational Church of Union, retiring many years ago.
Susan is predeceased by her beloved husband Floyd Chamberlin, Sr.
Surviving are three loving children Floyd, Jr. and his wife Camille, Gary and his wife Nancy, and Maryann Kent and her husband Jack; a dear sister Rose LaPierre; a dear brother Tony Damato; seven adored grandchildren and five cherished great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, TN (stjude.org/tribute) in Susan’s memory
