Obituary for Dorothy Poempner (Maliszewski)
Dorothy Poempner, (nee: Maliszewski), 94, of Cranford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral services on Friday, July 29, 2016 in the Mastapeter Funeral Home at 10am.
Visitation will be Friday 9 to 10am. Interment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.
Born in Shamokin, PA, Dorothy lived in Wilkes-Barra, PA, Elizabeth, NJ, and Roselle, NJ for 40 years, before moving to Cranford, NJ 12 years ago.
She was a packager for Fulton Marketing in Elizabeth for 5 years, retiring 35 years ago.
Dorothy is predeceased by her beloved husband Philip Poempner and her loving son Bruce Marhold.
Surviving is a dear step-son Robert Poempner; caring daughter-in-law Janet Marhold; and two adored grandsons Bryon and Donovan Marhold.
