Obituary for Maria Rosa Giacobbe (Masucci)
Rosa Giacobbe, (nee: Masucci), 89, of Kenilworth, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 9, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered 10am at St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth. Entombment will follow to Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
Visitation is 5 to 9pm on Monday.
Born in Flumeri Avellino, Italy, Rosa came to the United States in 1968 settling to Newark, NJ before moving to Kenilworth, NJ in 1991.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Raffaele A. Giacobbe.
Rosa is survived by her four loving children Luigi Giacobbe and his wife Ursula, Tommaso Giacobbe and his wife Lina, Nicola Giacobbe and his wife Cynthia, and Maria Felicia Giacobbe; six adored grandchildren Rose, Michelle, Ralph, Rose Mary, Michael, and Daniel; and nine cherished great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
