Obituary for Esther S. Savarin (Notte)
Esther S. Savarin, (nee: Notte), 88, of Roselle Park, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 9, 2016.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral services in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 11am. Please be at the funeral home at 10am. Entombment will follow to St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.
Visitation is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm on Wednesday.
Born in Newark, NJ, Esther lived in Hillside before moving to Roselle Park 25 years ago.
She was an accounting clerk for Butler Aviation in Newark retiring 18 years ago.
Esther was a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club of Union County and member and past-president of the Hillside Elks Ladies Auxiliary.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Leonard A. Savarin.
Surviving are two loving children Dennis J. Savarin and his wife Denice and Shirley Anne Miranda and her husband Victor; a dear brother Louis Notte; a dear sister Anna Marie Placko; three cherished grandchildren; and four adored great-grandchildren.
