Fond Memories of Girl Scouts with Rose

I met Rose through my mother, Madeleine Mess. I thought she was so amazingly talented by all the crafts she could do. I can't remember the name of the store where she worked but thought of it like a kid in a craft candy store! That it must have been so much fun to work there! I was still a kid and loved seeing her talent!  I myself love doing all kind of crafts. I also had the opportunity to work with her teaching outdoor training to Girl Scout leaders much later and then seeing her at some of the Girl Scout adult Octoberfest Weekends and when some of us from Elizabeth and Roselle Park had our own adult weekend and Rose showed everyone how to do plastic canvas. She was always fun to be around and enjoyed showing others all kinds of crafts. I will surely miss her. She was an amazing woman!
