Obituary for Elizabeth "Betty" A. Schindler (Thompson)

Elizabeth “Betty” A. Schindler, (nee: Thompson), 87, of Roselle Park, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral services in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 11am. Please be at the funeral home 10am. Interment is at Evergreen Cemetery in Hillside. Visitation is 4 to 8pm on Sunday.
Born in Elizabeth, Betty lived in Roselle Park for 65 years.
She was a cashier for Food Town in Union for 5 years, retiring 22 years ago, prior to that she worked for W. T. Grant Retail Sales in Union.
Betty is predeceased by her beloved husband Lester Schindler, Sr., a brother James Thompson, and a sister Margaret Skrmovsky.
Surviving are four loving children Thomas Schindler and his wife Mary, Lester Schindler, Jr., and his wife Lorraine, Janet Marhold, and Barbara Schindler; eight cherished grandchildren and an adored great-granddaughter.
