Antonio Sangervasio, 76, of Kenilworth, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2015.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 8:30am. A Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth at 10am. Interment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Visitation is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm on Sunday.
Born in Milano, Italy he came to the United States in 1964 to Newark before settling to Kenilworth for many years then moving to Scotch Plains two years ago.
Antonio was a self employed tile man for over 45 years.
He is predeceased by his wives Anella “Maria” and Vincenza Sangervasio.
Surviving are four loving children Vincent Sangervasio, Rose Piccininni, Isabella Greene and her husband Michael, and Michelle Sangervasio and her fiancé David J. Cilio; nine adored grandchildren Angela, Frankie, Daniella, Tiffani, Michael, Joseph, Alex, Toni, and Ariel; a cherished great-granddaughter Meadow. Also surviving are many relatives including brothers and sisters in Italy.
