Obituary for Dolores F. Lisa (Lee)

Dolores F. Lisa, 87, (nee: Lee), of Kenilworth, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 10, 2015, surrounded by her loving family at home.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Monday September 14, 2015 at 9am. A Funeral Mass will follow to St. Theresa’s Church in Kenilworth at 10am. Entombment will be at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Visitation is 2 to 5pm on Sunday.
Born in Elizabeth, Dolores lived in Linden before moving to Kenilworth 61 years ago.
She was a secretary for Union County Voc-Tech School in Scotch Plains for 20 years, retiring 25 years ago.
Dolores was a member of Rosary Society, Catholic Daughters of America St. Theresa’s Court, Kenilworth Senior Citizens, Knights of Columbus #4186 Ladies Auxiliary, New Jersey Teachers Association, volunteer for the Salvation Army, Kenilworth Heath Fair, Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts Leader, and a Bingo Worker at St. Theresa’s Church.
Dolores was an avid bowler, sewing, knitting/crocheting, and needlepoint and loved to travel and play Bingo and Mahjong.
She is predeceased by her loving son Anthony Lisa an adored granddaughter Meagan Lisa and seven dear siblings Elmer Lee, James Lee, Jr., Robert Lee, Phyllis Heruska, Ruth Vitecka, Eileen Raimo, and Beatrice Astorina..
Surviving is her beloved husband of 65 years John A. Lisa; two loving daughters Laurie LaFalce and her husband John and Camille Fortunato and her husband Michael; two dear sisters Rosemary Payne and Marguerite Mitcheli; and five adored grandchildren Christine Fortunato, Michael Fortunato, Jr., John LaFalce, III, Stephen LaFalce, and Alex Karambelas.
