Obituary for Daniel E. Gallagher
Daniel E. Gallagher, 74, of Roselle Park, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 13, 2014, at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral services in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 11am. Please be at the funeral home 10am. Visitation will be on Monday 6 to 9pm.
Born in Tamaqua, PA Daniel settled to Roselle Park, NJ 50 years ago.
He was a shop foreman for J. W. Goodliffe & Sons in Linden for 10 years, retiring 10 years ago, prior to that he worked for Welco Gasses in Newark for 30 years.
Daniel is predeceased by his beloved wife Lois (Thompson) Gallagher in March 2013.
Surviving are four loving children Lorell Otersen, Ellen Katzenstein and her husband Carl, William Gallagher and his wife Lorraine, and Peter Gallagher and his wife Carrie, ten cherished grandchildren, two adored great-grandchildren, and dear sister of Mick Steck and Pat Morgans.
