Obituary for Elena Del Campo (Amato)
Elena Del Campo, (nee: Amato), 88, of Kenilworth, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 14, 2016.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth at 10am. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Visitation is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm on Thursday.
Born in Salerno, Italy, Elena came to the United States 69 years ago and settled to Newark, before moving to Kenilworth 51 years ago.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Erminio Del Campo.
Surviving are three loving children Grace Rappa and her husband Vincent, Sr., Camillo Del Campo and his wife Diane and Enrica Carotenuto and her husband Pasquale; five adored grandchildren Vincent, Jr., Milo Joseph, Franco, Giuseppe, and Alessandro; and four cherished great-grandchildren Vincent, Nicholas, Danielle, and Natalie.
