Obituary for Felicia LaVecchia (Cornacchia)

Felicia LaVecchia, (nee: Cornacchia), 81, of Roselle Park passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 28, 2014.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Church of the Assumption in Roselle Park at 10am. Entombment will be at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Visitation is 4 to 8pm on Tuesday.
Born in Vallata, Italy, Felicia came to the United States in 1959, settling to Elizabeth, NJ, and then moving to Roselle Park in 1971.
She was a chef at Roselle Park High School, retiring many years ago.
She enjoyed making homemade tomato sauce with her children and grandchildren and having them over for Sunday dinner.
Felicia is predeceased by her son Joseph P. LaVecchia.
Surviving is two sons Frank, and Thomas LaVecchia and his wife Rosalia, three daughters Rosemary Paparatto and her husband Vincent, Phyllis Mirabella and her husband Alexander, and Antonietta LaVecchia. Also surviving are ten grandchildren Dana, Anthony, Domenica, Amanda, Catherine, Francesco, Alexander, Micayla, Felicia, and Giuseppe.
