We are so sorry for yours and the Borough's loss. Julie was very dear to me. She always was there for me when she was the Borough Clerk and I was mayor. She always put Roselle Park first and for that the Borough was a better place. Here is a photo when I was sworn as Mayor by Julie in 1995.

My mom, Julia was her cousin. I know they were so close that they called each other sis. My mom passed in 2018 at 98 years old. Sis would call my mom often to check on her. I'm sorry for your loss and may she rest peacefully along with those who went before her.

While I didn’t meet Julia until after she was stricken by this terrible illness, I was greatly impressed by her warmth, intelligence and vibrant spirit, and by the deep love she had for her children, their partners, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A lesser person would have been crushed by some of the tragedies that Julia experienced. Her strong spirit and devote faith drove her to move on with an ever present positivity and love of family and of life. Those traits that she’s passed on to her family.
I enjoyed my conversations with her and will greatly miss her. I like to think of her dancing with Arthur on their wedding anniversary, the day that she passed, in Heaven, surrounded by those she loved, celebrating her arrival. It’s also the day that Heaven received a special and deserving Angel,
Julia left a wonderful impression on this world. No one can ask for a better legacy. Rest In Peace, Julia. You’ve earned it.
