I never knew Ms. Kessinger, but I did know her daughter, Sharon Beam. I mention this because all we ever really leave on this earth is a legacy. If Sharon is an example of that legacy, Ms. Kessinger led a full and valuable life. She taught her daughter to be caring, warm, selfless, and an optimist. Through dire circumstances, facing every challenge, I watched Sharon achieve victory after victory. She raised her daughters on her own, obtained an education, and now a career. And now, Sharon’s daughters continue the legacy of success and prosperity and joy. Sharon never failed to let me know where she found her inner strength. She found it through her mom. Kathleen Kessinger’s gifts to this world, her children and grandchildren, continue her legacy of courage, optimism and family. So she never really left. There is a piece of her remaining in all of you. To the family, remember, it’s just time before she makes you laugh again. May her memory be eternal. Peace.

This candle is for you mom. You had such a way that when you.looked ate I knew and felt the love from your eyes. I felt your love. You mom are an inspiration to me and what I strive to be. Wanting and expecting nothing and yet so happy. In will keep your spirit alive in my heart and will await the day I get to hug you again mom!
