Obituary for Theodore Tobias
Theodore Tobias, 85, of Winfield Park, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Delaire Nursing & Convalescent Center in Linden.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral services in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Monday, May 26, 2014 at 10am. Please be at the funeral home 9am. Visitation is 6 to 9pm Sunday.
Born in Elizabeth, Theodore lived in Colonia before moving to Winfield Park forty two years ago.
He was a security guard at Mack Cali in Cranford for five years, before retiring ten years ago. Prior to that he was a security guard at Rahway Hospital.
Theodore served his country during the Korean War in the United States Army.
He is predeceased by his son Timothy Tobias.
Theodore is survived by his two sons Richard J. Tobias and his wife Sandra and Frank W. Tobias and his wife Victoria. Also surviving are five grandchildren Alexander, Megan, Nicholas, Trevor and Jason.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Rd., Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL, 32256 (woundedwarriorproject.org).
