Obituary for Barbara R. Baldassarre (Haddon)
Barbara R. Baldassarre, (nee: Haddon), 76, of Roselle, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 25, 2017.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Church of the Assumption in Roselle Park at 10am. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.
Visitation is on Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Barbara grew up in Roselle Park, NJ, before moving to Roselle, NJ 54 years ago.
She was a salesperson for Mallin Department Store in Roselle, retiring many years ago and the owner and operator of Crafty Barbara Arts & Crafts in Roselle.
Barbara is predeceased by her beloved husband Nicola Baldassarre.
Surviving are two loving sons James L. Baldassarre and his wife Anna and Richard Baldassarre and his wife Tracey; two dear sisters Marilyn Bertoldo and Janet DuBeau; five adored grandchildren Briana, Stephen, Michael, Caitlyn, and Brandon. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to JFK Medical Center Foundation, JFK Haven Hospice, P. O. Box 3059, Edison, NJ, 08818 in Barbara’s memory.
